Looking for something special to enjoy at the club this week? Our Bistro has created four exceptional dishes that showcase the best of seasonal flavours and creative cooking. Each special has been carefully crafted to deliver outstanding taste and value for our members and guests.

Hearty Comfort Food

Start with our Slow Cooked Beef Bourguignon at $27 for members or $30 for non-members. This classic dish features tender slow cooked beef served with creamy mashed potato, roasted mushroom, carrot, onion and capsicum. It comes with a side of garlic bread and sour cream for the ultimate comfort meal.

For something with a bit more kick, try our Battered Korean Pork Belly at $27 for members or $30 for non-members. Served in a hot honey sauce with sticky coconut and ginger rice, it’s topped with spring onion, Asian herbs and a fried egg for a truly memorable dining experience.

Lighter Options

Our Risotto features southern fried chicken with basil pesto, roasted pumpkin, capsicum and grilled red onion, all topped with crispy parmesan crisps. It’s a perfect balance of textures and flavours that will satisfy any appetite.

The Chilli Herb Linguine at $26 for members or $29 for non-members combines chorizo and prosciutto with roasted red onion and heirloom tomatoes, tossed through herb and chilli butter. It’s finished with creamy burrata cheese, fresh rocket and herbs for a restaurant-quality pasta dish.
