This innovative dish features perfectly poached eggs with avocado mousse and chilli con carne, finished with hollandaise sauce, herb salad, candied bacon, pickled red onion and chilli oil. It’s all served on warm naan bread for an exciting fusion of flavours and textures that will delight your taste buds.

Slow Cooked Pork Belly

Indulge in our tender slow-cooked pork belly, priced at $26 for members and $29 for non-members. This hearty special is served on fragrant garlic rice with seasonal green vegetables, complemented by rich peanut sauce and authentic shrimp paste. Smoked Salmon Risotto

Our Smoked Salmon Risotto is available for $25 for members and $28 for non-members.
