Check out this week’s delectable bistro specials featuring a Moroccan Lamb Salad priced at $28. It includes lamb cooked to perfection, roasted pumpkin, tomatoes, capsicum, red onion, avocado, pine nuts, and feta, all drizzled with a lemon and herb yogurt dressing. Another highlight is the Risotto for $26, loaded with prawns, scallops, squid, chorizo, Napoli sauce, saffron, Spanish onion, heirloom tomatoes, green peas, and roasted capsicum.
Indulge in the Chicken Roulade for $28, a house-made dish stuffed with avocado, asparagus, brie, and pumpkin, wrapped in prosciutto. It is served with mashed potatoes, steamed greens, roasted sweet potato, and garlic sauce.
